In the judges ruling, he claimed that I was convicted of Domestic Violence and that I was abusing te legal system by reporting Domestic violence by my ex. I have never been charged but my ex has been 12 times with 5 convictions and 5 other charges dismissed as part of plea agreements. Do I have any recourse against the judge? What if my husband has control over my phone and computer with media scanner on them?

My husband was arrested after an arrangement we had we got kinda loud so the next door neighbor called the cops when they arrive my husband was already packed up and out the door he didnt put his hands on me but he did break the phone. I have been a stay at home mother for almost 8 years, have been attending school full time at home for the past 3 years and have plans to continue until I've reached my doctorate, which will take approx another 5 years. I found out my husband is being unfaithful and I want a separation but he won't agree to one, so I'd like a divorce.

Is there a way I can get him to leave our home we own while I'm dealing with finding an attorney and filing? He won't let me let me leave with the kids. Can I leave the county with my daughter if I am trying to better my life by getting out of a violent marriage that I am divorcing from anyway? Do I have to renew an order of protection in the court that ordered it or can it be done through any justice court?

Arizona Revised Statutes

Arizona statute of limitations contract is typically six years for breach of written contracts and three years for oral contracts. However, contracts can contain a provision for a shorter statute of limitation. A civil lawsuit must be filed within the time limit allowed by law. Most of the states have different time limits for filing different types of claims. These time limits are commonly known as the civil statute of limitations and are basically meant to maintain the integrity of associated evidence and testimony. The idea is to prevent plaintiffs from making a claim after the evidence ceases to be vital and to remove the fear of a lawsuit after a reasonably long time has elapsed since the occurrence of the event. An injured party should either choose to file a case within a reasonable time permitted by law or do away with its right of seeking legal remedy. Once barred by the statute of limitations , you are no longer allowed to litigate the matter.
