The food is delicious especially if you like seafood. There are a few steaks and non seafood items that I have tried that are very good also. The salads and appetizers are fantastic. The wait staff is professional and kind. I would recommend Off the Hook highly. Everything from the salad to dessert was excellent! Love how fresh and delicious all their food is! Absolutely amazing experience! The raw bar selection is just wonderful. Everything is so fresh!

Our server was completely knowledgeable of the menu and did a fantastic job! We loved our entire experience. The food and service were both fantastic! They even gave us free dessert for our birthdays! Wonderful food, great service, but it would be nice if they implemented a dress code. Seeing someone in a t shirt, jeans, and hat is offputting at an upscale restaurant.

A frequent favorite due to the exceptional menu selection and outstanding service. Fish not seasoned well this time. Some bite very salty. Excellent experience as always. Lobster mashed potatoes are incredible! Good food good service. Great way to spend our anniversary! We will definitely be back!! Great fresh fish and desserts! It was hard to talk in a great restaurant. Great food and service, however. Just too noisy. Third time at Off the Hook and wonderful as always!

Great service, great food. Everything was great except asparagus and steak fries were over cooked. Fish and the rest of our meals were perfect! Was great as always. Food is outstanding, ambiance is exquisite and service is top notch!! I wish I lived closer so I could go weekly! Birthday dinners are always fun at this restaurant. We are always assured of tasty food and great cocktails. The stuffed shrimp and lobster mashed potatoes were exceptional.

Wonderful seafood menu. Delicious desserts. Great wine list. Food was over cooked. Rice was way, way too sweet. Even the seaweed was sweet. Server was unfamiliar with the menu. Would tell a friend that it is a good restaurant but make sure you have the money to go cause its expensive. Great experience-a little louder than what you would expect. The food? Truly outstanding! The entrees were almost too pretty to eat, the presentation is phenomenal. Desserts were beautiful as well as very tasty.

We have always enjoyed our dining experiences at Off the Hook. You owe it to yourself to dine here. The fresh fish is amazing. My nephew loves the ahi tuna for dinner and picking his own oysters as a starter. Linguini and white clam sauce was good as always. Really love the rolls. Waitress was excellent. Very accommodating.

Our waitress was late in having the sommelier come to our table to choose a wine. Our entrees were half eaten before he showed up,and we just chose the wine he had in hand so we did not delay any further. Very disappointing. This place never disappoints. The seafood is always fresh, prepared perfectly and the flavors are divine. My favorite place for oysters and I can't stress enough the experience is perfect every time.

Restaurant used to remember that my wife is gluten free and automatically brought great gluten free rolls when we were seated. You no longer do this. It was a fantastic distinction for Off the Hook and your service. I strongly recommend you reinstate the practice. It set you apart. Now your service is good, but not distinguished from others. Clearly you can provide this personalization. Consistently great food, great service and great atmosphere. Perfect for special occasions in the dining room or a more casual feel in the bar offers the same food with the livelier crowd.

Great wine selection also. Have been there a million times and never disappointed!

The Hook Up restaurant has closed, but a new restaurant has just opened in it's place. The Biloxi Lugger Bar & Restaurant offers traditional coastal cuisine. A menu is the crucial step between diners and their restaurant experience. As important as decor, service or even the food itself.

Served medium well unless you say otherwise on a toasted bun with seasoned fries. Complement with a Caesar or House Salad. Served with seasoned fries, ranch-style beans and coleslaw.

Prepared the Mahi 4 different ways and one was better then the other. A fantastic job. Hats off to the chef. Great open rooms overlooking mountains, ocean and Marina - with great views of sunset. Food is decent - fresh fish options are great - other food is bar style. Pizza is ok - better next door. The Red Snapper was great. We had a group of 15 staying in Los Suenos and the Hook Up was perfect for a casual family meal for lunch or dinner. Service was top notch! A nice american food restaurant with good choices.

When starting a new restaurant, creating the menu is one of the most-important responsibilities that you will undertake as the restaurant owner. The items you put on your menu will be responsible for bringing in the revenue that it takes to run the business. Finding ways to maximize profit should be one of the utmost priorities for you. The way that you create your menu can have a drastic effect on the profitability of your restaurant. Promote your most-profitable items. These are the items that have a low cost for the ingredients and can be sold at a high market. These items may require a very small amount of time from your staff to prepare. Focus on promoting these items over the other offerings. If you can steer people into items you want them to order, it can significantly improve your profit margins. Emphasize the items that you want ordered with menu design tricks. A talented graphic designer can help emphasize something on the page. For example, drawing a colorful box around a featured item can naturally draw the eye of the customer to that offering.

How to Create Menus for your Restaurant’s TV Screen

We enjoyed our lunch there. The fish tacos were great. For an appetizer we tried the yuca fried. It was a little fibrous, but tasty. The staff was very friendly! The food at our hotel was better! Probably better for drinks as the bar was very large and a lot of TVs.

Mount Gay rum, pineapple, lemon, egg whites, pineapple anise bitters. Great neighborhood seaside eatery. Excellent service and tasty seafood dishes. Nice happy hour too. Best service ever! I got so overwhelmed with how they served all the food that we ordered. Everything was just so professionally and properly served.
